My Story

I founded My Gym Nutrition out of a deep passion for helping individuals embrace healthier lifestyles. As the founder, I recognized the need for a dedicated space to connect with clients and potential clients more effectively than the constraints of social media posts would allow. My goal was to create a platform where I could share valuable information, inspire positive change, and build a community of like-minded individuals on a journey to better health.

I am a Precision Nutrition certified Level 2 Master Health Coach and an NASM certified Personal Trainer. My passion lies in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. My expertise spans the psychology of behavior change, nutrition science, health and wellness, and exercise programming for general fitness and weight loss. I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, each with their own unique challenges and aspirations.
